Olympic Super Center is part of the Olympic Auto Group, with over 30 dealerships, across Canada and the US, and more than 750 team members strong. We are looking for a marine sales consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of marine products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Assist customers in selecting the right marine products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide product demonstrations and information to customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall department goals.
• Cross-train in auto sales to expand expertise and contribute to the broader dealership operations.

Requirements:
• MUST have experience with selling marine products
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marine products and services is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Flexibility to cross-train in auto sales.
• Valid driver's license.

Experience:
• Marine sales: 1 year (required)
